Regarding to your query,
To Add sound file to all slides in your PowerPoint file:

1. Open your PowerPoint file
2. Click View menu-->Master
3. Click Slide Master
4. Click Insert menu-->Movies and Sounds
5. Click "Sound from file" or "Sound from Organizer"
6. Select your sound file
7. Click on "Close Master View" in "Slide Master View" bar to close and return to your normal view
